A pre-film screening ad for Vue’s native cinemas, challenging the audience to switch off from their mobile and social distractions and switch on to the full captivation of film.

I was tasked with designing and animating the messages, pings, emails, notifications, photos and all the other distracting elements that can stop you or other’s from totally immersing themselves in the film to come.

The pop ups from the phone screens become a digital network that’s so dense it’s only perceivable as noise.
