A fun satirical advert for Dreams new Sleep Motion bed. Taking influence from glossy tech ads, we wanted the viewer to initially assume that they were watching a phone advert. Somewhat of a parody and a comment on current motion design trends.
Directed by Steve Waugh who also handled the compositing and edit, I was tasked with the 3D aspects of the project such as animation, lighting, texturing and modelling, the highly skilled Vladimir Venkov sculpted and painted the final bed.
The commercial is a blend of live action shots and animated elements meticulously crafted in C4D. The 3D bed was built using Maya, Zbrush and Substance Painter.
